Sublime sea bass fillets are ready to use, they are packaged in the natural way with their skin, and are already stripped of bones and spines.

Sea bass morsel
In a bowl mix bread crumbs, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, until you get a spreadable mixture.
Take a courgette cut it finely for the long side and season with chopped oil and mint letting it rest.
Place the sea bass fillets on the skin, placed over the breadcrumbs and a slice of courgette, rolled up, close with a toothpick and cover with the mixture of breadcrumbs.
Sauté in a pan to brown the breadcrumbs and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 8/10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
