Sea bream fillets

"Sublime" sea bream fillets are ready to use, they are packaged in the natural way with their skin, and are already stripped of bones and spines.
A very common fish in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea, of the Eastern Atlantic Ocean, of the seas that touch the Italian coasts and also near the mouths of the rivers.
Sea bream fillets are a rich source of high biological value proteins, rich in essential amino acids and fats, for the most part monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.
With this product, the Chef 3 Mari, for 4 people, recommends:
Crispy sea bream and beans
Use cannellini beans that will deprive of storage water, put them in a pan with oil, a clove of garlic and pepper and let it stand for 3/4 minutes.
Remove the garlic and put them in a mixer with oil until you get a smooth mixture.
Defrost the fillets and prepare a mix composed by breadcrumbs, pistachios, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper and parsley.
Lay the mixture on the fillets, heat a little oil into the pan and cook 2/3 minutes per side. Use the cream as a base and lay on the fillets.
