Gratin mussels

Only the addition of a little oil before baking and your gratin Mussels with extra virgin olive oil will be ready to delight your guests.
It takes only 12 minutes, in a traditional oven preheated to 180° C, and in any case up to the degree of browning preferred.
The breading is obtained from a mix of wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt, paprika powder, turmeric powder, natural flavors: fish broth based on crustaceans, salt, spices (oregano, rosemary and thyme) and finally, parsley.
